Gina joined Luff & Associates in June 2014.  Gina is a part of our administrative team with over 20 years experience in office administration.  She is currently our EZ Payroll administrator, handling primarily all payroll setups and processing for our Milford, Dover, and Rehoboth locations.   

Tyler W. Luff, CPA

Tyler Luff quickly joined the family firm after graduating from the University of Delaware.  Now the manager of our Rehoboth Beach office, Tyler brings his strong work ethic to thoroughly address all of your accounting needs. If he is not at the office, you can find him with his family and friends or enjoying the outdoors.

Devon Q. Reed



Devon is a graduate from the College of Charleston and currently sitting for the CPA exam.  He specializes in individual and corporate income tax.  Devon enjoys staying in shape and playing all sports except for table tennis.

Owner, George Luff II leads the Luff & Associates team to conduct ethical accounting practices.  George  is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics.  

As a life long Sussex County resident, George is aware of the local community's needs.  His 30 plus years of public accounting allows him to build creditable relationships with the community, Internal Revenue Service, and Delaware Division of Revenue that surpasses many firms.  

George graduated from Salisbury University in 1983 and soon after formed Luff & Associates in 1988. George specializes in forensic analysis, business valuation, litigation support, trusts, and estates.

Donna R. Keily

Office Administrator


Donna Keily is the office administrator for our Dover, Milford, and Rehoboth beach offices.  She has over 20 years of administrative experience in the public accounting profession.  In addition to administrating our three offices, she is also in charge of processing payroll for EZ Payroll, Inc.
